Origin

Our wine vinegars are made from wines from the main French wine-growing regions. Nothing is lost, everything is transformed. This quote by Lavoisier is perfectly suited to this vinegar obtained after a slow transformation of the wine in oak barrels. That’s how we follow the traditional Orléans vinegar-making method!
